The Magical Santa Portrait Experience is thoughtfully created to build anticipation, invite your child into the story and give them time to experience the magic at their own pace.

The magic begins at home with a personalized letter from Santa, a special invitation and bell from Santa's sleigh. Before your child even walks through our doors, the anticipation has already begun.

We guide them through a magical night before Christmas adventure filled with stories, surprises, laughter and experiences with Santa. Every part of the story is designed for them to participate, explore and become completely caught up int he magic.

This isn't a hurry through the line, sit with Santa and smile experience. Your child is given time to settle in, take everything in and get comfortable with Santa at their own pace. Some children run right to him. Others need a little more time. And that's okay.

Instead of asking your child to perform for the camera, we create an experience they can become completely caught up in. They talk with Santa, ask questions, hear stories, laugh and share milk and cookies. And while they're busy experiencing the magic, we capture the genuine moments that naturally unfold.

But the magic isn't only in their wishes. There is also space for parents, grandparents and loved ones to leave handwritten messages, creating something deeply personal for your child to carry with them through the years.

The Portrait Reveal & Ordering Appointment

A few days after your time with Santa, you'll return to the studio for your private portrait reveal.

This is when you'll see the expressions, connections and unexpected moments we captured while your child was busy experiencing the magic. Together, we'll look through their story and you'll choose the portraits and artwork you love most.

Nothing needs to be chosen before your experience. See your portraits first, then decide what you want to take home.

Where Your Child Becomes the Star

For families who choose to commission one, the portraits from your child's adventure are transformed into a custom StoryBook featuring them as the star of their very own Christmas story.

We understand that a premium experience requires thoughtful preparation. Below are answers to common questions to ensure your family's visit is truly magical.

How do you accommodate food allergies?

We take allergies very seriously. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions during the booking process, and we will ensure safe, allergy-friendly alternatives are provided during the Milk & Cookies segment so your child can fully enjoy the magic.

What wardrobe choices work best?

We recommend timeless sleepwear, such as classic holiday pajamas or vintage-inspired nightgowns in solid colors or subtle patterns. Avoid heavy logos or bright neon colors, as they can detract from the heirloom quality of the portraits.

How does the ordering process work?

Following your magical experience, you will be invited back for a private, luxury ordering appointment. Here, you will view your beautifully crafted portraits and select the heirloom pieces that best fit your home.

May parents be included in the portraits?

While the core experience focuses on the children's magical interaction with Santa, we are happy to capture a few timeless family portraits at the conclusion of your session if requested.

What if my child is afraid of Santa?

Our Santa is incredibly gentle, patient, and experienced. We allow children to approach at their own pace, often starting with activities like reading a story or looking at the magical globe to build trust before any direct interaction.

MEET YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER

The Artist Behind The Experience

I’m Bobbi Jo Brooks, a portrait photographer with more than 20 years of experience creating photographs centered on people, connection and story.

Much of my work is centered on women, and when I listen to them talk about the people they love most, so often the stories are about their children and grandchildren. I hear the pride in their voices, the traditions they treasure and how quickly they say the years have gone by.

That is part of what makes the Magical Santa Portrait Experience so meaningful to me. It creates a place for children to become completely caught up in the magic of Christmas while the people who love them get to watch that wonder unfold. Grandparents are welcome to come and experience that joy with their family, and before the experience ends, parents and grandparents are invited to step in for a family portrait with Santa, too.

Because years from now, I want these portraits to hold more than what Christmas looked like. I want them to hold who was there, who they loved and the traditions they shared together.
